After pitching for investments, many startups focus their efforts on increasing sales and fine-tuning their business model to uphold a sustainable business. However, a sole focus on growth achievement is not feasible if there is no robust technological backing. Yet again, considering the high uncertainty typical in the initial stages of any internet startup, traditional tech stacks may involve steep premature costs.
By leveraging a cloud solution, this can be entirely avoided, and the technology investment may be postponed for later stages when it is more essential. Moreover, the simplicity of cloud-based data analytics toolkits allows analytical processes to be implemented in a shorter period. It will also be easier to scale the deployment infrastructure without any complex workflows even if there is a sudden increment in usage loads.
Founded in 2018, Tirana-based OXA Studio adopts a cloud-first approach and extensively utilizes the cloud architecture for supporting B2C, and B2B oriented solutions. “We implement data analytics and scalable cloud solutions to support our clients’ needs for data-driven marketing techniques, allowing them to improve their conversion rates and ROI,” begins Klesti Hoxha, Founder of OXA Studio.
We are not afraid of innovation, and we put a lot of effort into implementing state-of-the-art system setups related to data analytics and cloud deployments
The company regularly combines its daily software development and dev-ops tasks with internal R&D activities to stay updated with recent developments in cloud technologies. Besides, the firm conducts brainstorming sessions regularly and creates feasible project proposals (cloud-based improvements) for its prospective clients.
Therefore, OXA Studio always proposes robust, cost-effective, and well-thought architectures to each client’s projects, acting more as stakeholders instead of a regular contract fulfiller. Since it is not always easy for an early-stage startup to employ highly skilled personnel, OXA Studio serves as an extension of its client’s team to achieve robust technical setups with a shorter adoption curve.
“We are not afraid of innovation, and we put a lot of effort into implementing state-of-the-art system setups related to data analytics and cloud deployments,” states Hoxha. For instance, OXA Studio developed a reliable price checking system for one of its clients. Usually a resource-intensive task, OXA Studio achieved this very quickly and without hassle by implementing a serverless based approach. The implemented solution was scalable, and the number of product price checks per day could be configured on the fly. Since product price checking involved visiting a considerable number of web pages daily, OXA Studio noticed that the analysis speed could be improved, and the cost might be reduced through a machine learning-based approach. By sampling carefully, OXA Studio managed to reduce the number of daily checks considerably without any loss in accuracy.
“We have managed to technically support various startups, allowing them to focus on a marketing/customer-centric growth perspective,” states Hoxha. Forging ahead, OXA Studio aims to diversify its data analytics service offerings further while paying particular heed to improving user experiences with intelligent personalization of the user interaction. “We also want to extend our offering on market intelligence solutions that process large amounts of publicly available or proprietary data,” adds Hoxha. The firm is working towards easily configurable data processing pipelines that would be much easier to integrate with any customer’s existing software systems infrastructure. “Our goal is to make state-of-the-art technologies feasible and quickly implementable on various internet startup scenarios,” concludes Hoxha.
